Bloomingdale's is seeking a Shoe Operating Assistant (OA) to drive customer experience on the selling floor and in the stockroom. You will coach peers, support the 4-to-the-floor initiative, and help manage stock with leadership collaboration.

The role emphasizes engaging customers, building relationships, and delivering strong sales through conversational interaction. Flexibility for a fast-paced store schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Able to engage in conversation with customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience initiatives within the department.
• Support 4-to-the-floor initiative and stockroom layout with feedback to Business Manager.
• Partner with Business Manager on business-driving initiatives.
• Communicate workload progress, challenges, and accomplishments daily.
• Sell through conversational interaction and build sales with customers.
• Maintain stockroom and selling floor responsibilities in partnership with supervisors.
