Caleres’ Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate who loves shoes and delivering memorable in-store experiences. You’ll drive customer connections, help customers find perfect fits, and keep the store inviting, clean, and organized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Strong communication with associates at all levels.
• Ability to work independently with Store Sales Manager guidance as needed.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Team player with flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
