Caleres is hiring a Famous Footwear Sales Associate to create an engaging in-store experience. You’ll help customers find the perfect fit, maintain displays and keep the store organized with speed and care.

You’ll champion our culture, deliver stellar service, work with a team, handle pricing, shipments and inventory, and stay informed on trends to drive sales while upholding company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (preferred).
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Exhibits independent judgment and discretion withStore Sales Manager guidance as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities
