Responsibilities

• Perform Shoe Care tasks according to Nordstrom guidelines and service standards.
• Keep shine stand organized to meet customer expectations.
• Shine shoes and advise on shoe care and minor repairs.
• Use store technology to answer phones, check out customers and record information.
• Meet department and individual productivity goals.
• Communicate supply needs to manager promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of shoe care transactions and tips.
• May assist with other shoe stock and cleaning tasks as needed.
