Job summary

The role requires lifting up to 40 pounds, standing for long shifts, and maintaining safe work practices in a manufacturing environment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; technical degree or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly of products with complex functions requiring independent judgment
• Understand and follow established procedures and processes to safely produce quality parts
• Recognize, communicate and document safety concerns
• Troubleshoot and adjust to build a quality product
• Perform housekeeping and 5S to keep the department clean, safe, and well organized
• Complete work documentation accurately such as production orders, tags, and quality sheets
