Job summary

Icon Vehicle Dynamics in Riverside, CA is seeking a line assembler to perform repetitive bench and line assembly operations for producing shocks. You will work with various shock configurations and assist with sub-assembly, packaging, and hardware kitting.

Responsibilities include operating simple machines, ensuring parts are correctly positioned, and adapting to different stations as models move along the line. Safety and procedure adherence required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic reading and math skills for handling measurements.
• Ability to read and follow procedures and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive bench or line assembly to produce shocks.
• Place parts in specified relationship to each other.
• Sub Assembly Work, Packaging, Hardware Kitting.
• Build variations such as IFP, Remote Reservoir, Piggyback Shock, 2.0 and 2.0 RR, CDC, 2.5 and 3.0 Bypass.
• Tend machines (arbor presses, hose tools, lathe, parts washer) for fastening operations.
• Work at different stations as production needs require.
• Work on line where tasks vary as different model moves along.
