Job summary

Polaris Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a full-time Assembler to build vehicle parts and subsystems on a moving assembly line, and to perform inspections for quality.

You will operate power tools and equipment, follow established processes, read paperwork, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting production schedules.

This role requires reliable attendance, willingness to work overtime, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs as part of a dynamic manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely use and operate various tools including power tools, hoists, and production equipment.
• Maintain a consistent pace throughout the shift with focus on quality.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
• Accurately complete paperwork required for production records.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow established processes and instructions.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations strictly and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement process.
• Perform duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Group Leader.
• Work overtime as required and mandated by production schedules.
