Polaris Inc. is hiring an assembler to join a team that builds Walker Evans shocks from start to finish. You will use hand and power tools, follow work instructions, and uphold Polaris quality standards in a fast-paced, agile environment.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED and may include a technical degree. Candidates should be able to work in the United States without sponsorship, maintain 5S discipline, and complete production documentation accurately.

As an Assembler you will work within a team to build Walker Evans shocks from start to completion. In this role, you’ll utilize various hand and power tools, following work instructions to achieve our Polaris quality standards. The starting pay range for California is $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime. Individual pay and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range. To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
