Job summary

Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding, a FMG company, is seeking a Scheduler I at our Sturgeon Bay, WI site to develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans. The role involves posting, reporting, and aligning schedules with WBS standards, SOPs, and multiple departments across the organization.

Responsibilities include generating printouts and updates, maintaining baselines and KPI metrics, and collaborating with Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Program Management.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Two years of related experience required.
• Basic knowledge of ship construction workflow and EVMS concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Print schedules and progress reports for distribution to area supervisors/managers.
• Update schedules with input from Production and Support Departments.
• Maintain baseline and performance metrics within project schedule files.
• Frequently communicate cross functionally with internal departments and leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
