Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding, a Fincantieri Marine Group Company, is hiring for a Scheduler I at our Sturgeon Bay, WI location. The Scheduler I is responsible for development and maintenance of project schedules and associated resource plans, posting and reporting schedules, and maintaining baseline performance metrics.

Domestic travel may be required; collaboration with Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Program Management and Senior Management is expected.

• Update schedules with input from Production and Support Departments

• Frequently communicate cross functionally with internal departments and leadership

Position Summary

The Scheduler I is responsible for development and maintenance of project schedules and associated resource plans. This role will post and report schedules and resource plans as required, incorporating and maintaining baseline and performance metrics within project schedule files and adhering scheduling and resource planning processes, WBS standards and SOPs. This position will also frequently communicate with Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Program Management and Senior Management departments.

Domestic travel may be required.
