Job summary

Anchor Sandblasting and Coatings is seeking a Sandblaster Helper for a project in North Charleston, SC. The role involves loading vehicles, cleaning tanks, removing paint and scale from ships’ metal surfaces, and assisting blasters with hoses and grit in a shipyard setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load materials and equipment; move tools and supplies as needed.
• Assist blasters by pulling hoses, mucking tanks, and removing grit.
• Remove paint and scale from ships' metal surfaces using brushes and tools.
• Perform routine physical tasks and operate basic hand tools as required.
