You will oversee production work, manage crews, ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence, track hours and costs, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and help plan and bid future projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ production experience.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• TWIC card required or ability to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Oversee production work on customer equipment, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Ensure safety procedures and policies are followed.
• Coordinate labor and materials with other supervisors to maintain efficiency and profitability.
• Record hours and costs accurately and support project estimates and bids.
• Direct project activities in safety, personnel, production, scheduling, material handling and quality.
