Stevens Towing Co., Inc. in Yonges Island, SC, is seeking a full-time Shipyard Project Manager. This role involves overseeing production on marine vessels, ensuring that safety procedures are followed, and managing production workers effectively.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of production experience and two years of supervisory experience, as well as a valid driver’s license and TWIC. The position offers a dynamic work environment where safety and quality are top priorities.

Stevens Towing Company, Inc. has a full‑time position available for a Shipyard Project Manager. This position requires experience in drydocking tugs, barges, and other marine vessels, and the employee must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required and needed.
The Production Supervisor/Field Project Manager oversees all aspects of the work on customer equipment and is responsible and accountable for the performance of shipyard personnel for safety, quality, cost, and scheduling, including the administrative functions needed to support the customer’s project. The supervisor is responsible for helping to plan and manage projects in line with customer requirements and the company’s policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service. The supervisor promotes a professional and safety‑conscious working environment and performs other duties as requested or required.
Required Qualifications
Must have a minimum of five years’ production experience and a minimum of two years supervisory experience. Required to have a valid driver’s license and TWIC.
Required to learn safety rules and become familiar with proper usage of safety equipment. Required to comply with all Safety and Pollution Prevention Regulations and Procedures at all times under the direction of the company’s safety policies.
