Job summary

Stevens Towing Company, Inc. is seeking a Shipyard Lead Person for a full-time role at Yonges Island, SC. You will oversee production on customer equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while supporting project execution per customer requirements.

Five years of production experience and two years of supervisory experience are required, along with a valid driver’s license and TWIC. You must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production work on customer equipment to ensure productivity and quality.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and costs are recorded accurately.
• Coordinate work with fellow supervisors to maintain efficient operations.
• Interact with customer representatives to meet schedule and daily requirements.
• Order and deliver materials in a timely manner and support shipyard activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe shipyard and develop a trained, motivated staff.
