Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Apprentice Certification or equivalent trade certification.
High School with 4 years of manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, or military experience.
Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical with 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Supervises, coordinates and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel.
Trains employees to improve quality and productivity.
Translates broad strategies into practical action plans and conducts training.
Ensures compliance with drawings, procedures and plant processes.
