Job summary

Target Specialty Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move materials within a warehouse, operate forklifts, and ensure accurate picking and shipping of orders. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, basic math, and adherence to safety standards.

Training with company software and equipment will be provided. Responsibilities include receiving freight, reporting discrepancies, stocking, and maintaining organized, safe work areas in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Experience with warehouse operations and shipping/receiving is a plus.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse software or systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, checks, and ships orders to customers, branches, and franchisees.
• Complete required paperwork and verification for orders, checks, and shipments.
• Utilize warehouse software and perform manual tasks when systems are unavailable.
• Receive freight, report shortages or damage, and stock received shipments.
• Maintain proper product rotation and ensure locations are stocked and accessible.
