Job summary

Responsibilities

Operate on the production line with consistency, speed, and accuracy.
Ensure production requirements and quality standards are met; verify product accuracy.
Select and stage orders for processing or shipment.
Operate production machinery and equipment safely.
Perform repetitive seed/product handling and packaging tasks.
Build and wrap pallets securely for storage or distribution.
Attach labels and tags to products per standards.
Collaborate with team to meet daily targets.
Follow SOPs and safety protocols; keep area clean and organized.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
