The role focuses on order selection, pallet building, labeling, and safe equipment operation, with a strong emphasis on quality and teamwork.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and willing to work overtime as needed while following SOPs and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the production line with consistency, speed, and accuracy.
• Verify product accuracy and quality against production records; report issues as needed.
• Select and stage orders accurately for processing or shipment.
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform repetitive seed/product handling and packaging tasks.
• Build and wrap pallets securely for storage or distribution.
• Attach accurate labels and tags per standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
• Follow SOPs, verbal/written instructions, and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
