Job summary

DLF North America is seeking a Production Warehouse Worker in La Crosse, WI to support warehouse and production operations. You will perform order selection, operate equipment, and handle materials in a fast-paced environment, with safety and quality as priorities.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and capable of working overtime as needed. Team collaboration and adherence to SOPs are essential to meet daily production and shipping targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the production line with consistency, speed, and accuracy.
• Ensure production requirements and quality standards are met.
• Verify product accuracy using Production Dump Sheets.
• Report quality issues to the Line Lead or Warehouse Manager as needed.
• Select and stage orders accurately for processing or shipment.
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform repetitive tasks related to seed or product handling and packaging.
• Build and wrap pallets securely for storage or distribution.
• Attach accurate labels and tags to products and packages in compliance with standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
• Follow all SOPs and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
