Responsibilities

• Operate on the production line with consistency, speed, and accuracy.
• Select and stage orders for processing or shipment.
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform repetitive seed/product handling and packaging tasks.
• Build and wrap pallets for storage or distribution.
• Attach labels and tags to products per standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols.
