Responsibilities

• Operate on the production line with consistency, speed, and accuracy.
• Ensure production requirements and quality standards are met.
• Verify product accuracy using Production Dump Sheets.
• Report quality issues to the Line Lead or Warehouse Manager.
• Select and stage orders for processing or shipment.
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely.
• Perform repetitive tasks related to seed or product handling and packaging.
• Build and wrap pallets securely for storage or distribution.
• Attach accurate labels and tags to products and packages in compliance with standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
• Follow all verbal and written instructions, SOPs, and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
