Job summary
Inovar Packaging Group is seeking a Shipping & Warehouse Associate in Sioux Falls, SD for a full-time 1st shift (8am–4pm). You will prepare, pack, and ship customer orders in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Responsibilities include labeling, quality checks, and using UPS/FedEx systems to generate labels while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and following PPE guidelines. A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential.
Qualifications
- Basic math and ability to read a ruler.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to wear PPE and follow safety policies.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle repetitive tasks.
- Experience or familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping systems is a plus.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; follow PPE rules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

The Shipping & Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting in preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping systems is helpful to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
- Apply core tags correctly and ensure carton labels are straight, legible, and accurate
- Perform quality checks prior to packing, including:
- Verifying item numbers
- Inspecting product quality before packing
- Ensure cartons are packed in a clean, neat, and professional manner
- Verify shipping information and resolve discrepancies before shipment
- Process shipping paperwork and required documentationCut core to size specifications
- Utilize shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, and internal platforms) to generate labels and track shipments (experience a plus)
- Verify receipts and shipping documentation for accuracy prior to completing transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform other duties as assigned
