Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group LLC in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Shipping / Warehouse Associate for 1st shift (8am–4pm) to support packing, labeling, and shipping of customer orders. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include preparing orders, applying correct labels, and performing quality checks. Familiarity with UPS/FedEx systems is helpful; PPE is required, and the team works collaboratively to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Apply core tags correctly and ensure carton labels are straight, legible, and accurate.
• Perform quality checks prior to packing, including: Verifying item numbers, Inspecting product quality before packing.
• Ensure cartons are packed in a clean, neat, and professional manner.
• Verify shipping information and resolve discrepancies before shipment.
• Process shipping paperwork and required documentation.
• Cut core to size specifications.
• Utilize shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, and internal platforms) to generate labels and track shipments.
• Verify receipts and shipping documentation for accuracy prior to completing transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
