Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out policies established by company officials and policy manuals.
• Directs and oversees activities of the Shipping Supervisors, 3rd party transport providers, and shipping employees.
• Ensures that shipping employees are properly instructed in the care and safe operation of equipment.
• Maintains Safety Programs and safe operating procedures and monitors employee compliance.
• Ensures that products are shipped on schedule and received by the Sales department.
• Supports recruitment of qualified personnel for shipping and transport roles.
