Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a Traffic & Shipping Supervisor to oversee the movement of finished goods in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will lead shipping staff, coordinate trucking, and ensure documentation accuracy to meet customer delivery requirements.

This role requires 3–5 years in shipping/logistics with supervisory experience, ERP proficiency (SAP/IFS), and a strong focus on safety and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in shipping/logistics with leadership
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing/distribution
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/IFS or similar)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping personnel across shifts and ensure staffing
• Coordinate daily truck schedules and carrier pickups
• Ensure Bills of Lading and shipping docs are accurate
• Maintain finished goods inventory and perform cycle counts
• Promote safety and OSHA compliance
