Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Shipping Team Lead - 2nd Shift for its Badger Dr. facility in Waukesha, WI. The role leads drivers and material processors, coordinating shipments and communicating across internal teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory goals.

The hourly base rate is $26.25 with a $2.50 shift premium per hour. The core shift runs 3 pm–11 pm, with possible overtime. Benefits include health, holidays, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years shipping/warehouse experience.
• Forklift and CombiLift certification required.
• US work authorization (no sponsorship now or in future).
• Within 50 miles of the work location; active-duty military exempt from radius rule.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of interplant drivers, attendants, and processors, providing daily direction.
• Coordinate interplant drivers for normal and rush jobs.
• Use SAP to manage shipment of raw and finished goods.
• Communicate with Inside Sales, carriers, and internal/warranty teams professionally.
• Analyze shipping errors to identify root causes.
• Monitor MRO material purchasing and related activities.
• Be trained in various aspects of the position, including HAZWOPER.
• Backfill team members when needed and operate powered vehicles.
