Job summary

Wausau Supply Company is seeking a Material Handler Lead for 2nd shift to oversee routine warehouse tasks and mentor teammates. You will read work-orders, stock and move materials, and help maintain production flow with forklift operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve issues with attention to detail.
• Capable of collaborating within a team environment.
• Prior warehouse leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read work-orders and perform tasks as assigned by management.
• Fully stock and locate materials in the warehouse/production area.
• Move materials to assemblers to keep lines productive.
• Operate forklifts and load trucks as required.
• Mentor Material Handlers and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Attach labels and documents to products and packages.
• Maintain daily production goals and clean work areas.
• Notify management of mechanical or material issues.
