Eaton’s Power Reliability Division is seeking a Production Team Lead-I for the South Milwaukee, WI facility on 1st shift. The role focuses on assisting the department supervisor, managing workflow, and coaching hourly staff to meet production goals.

The salary is $29.60 per hour with day-one benefits, weekly pay, and shift premiums. You will help drive safety and quality, coordinate with other departments, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum three years of manufacturing or related experience.
• Resident within 50 miles of the work location; no relocation benefits.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist department supervisor in maintaining workflow, assigning work, and instructing other employees.
• Ensure all employees are trained for the task, including Safety, PPE, Production and Process awareness.
• Communicate and implement department objectives, priorities, and standards to hourly workforce.
• Conduct Start of shift meetings highlighting Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost or Tak Time concerns.
• Coordinate area work activities with the supervisor and keep them informed of changes.
• Identify training needs and onboard employees.
• Operate forklift as needed.
