Qualifications

• Undergraduate or associate’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5 years’ manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee packaging and shipping workflow and ensure safety.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders for workers.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Track equipment maintenance and availability.
• Provide leadership to material handlers and assemblers.
• Support recruitment and cost-reduction initiatives.
