Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to join our team on a direct hire basis. In this role, you will oversee a team working across multiple shifts, ensuring the efficient coordination and management of all parts and materials shipments. Your expertise in domestic and international shipping will be crucial, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with large ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of shipping and receiving personnel across multiple shifts.
• Coordinate and manage the shipping and receiving of all parts and materials.
• Set up shipments with customers, ensuring compliance with logistics and freight requirements.
• Maintain inventory control and warehouse inventory management.
• Ensure accurate data entry and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in domestic and international shipping.
• Prior experience as a shipping supervisor.
• Knowledge of ERP / MRP systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving supervision.
