Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations; ERP systems experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in shipping, warehousing, or logistics.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, and label shipments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in outbound logistics.
• Verify that all outgoing packages meet established quality control standards.
• Enter and confirm shipping data using an ERP system and other shipping software.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline shipping workflows and reduce potential delays.
• Assist in inventory management and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Support ongoing process improvements within the shipping department.
• Communicate with supervisors and other departments as needed to resolve shipping issues.
