Responsibilities

• Prints and processes shipments based on daily shipping reports.
• Prioritizes shipments by timing and customer priority.
• Wraps, labels, and prepares shipments per SOPs.
• Manages shipping paperwork and carrier routing.
• Schedules trucks via phone or computer.
• Loads trucks with forklift and optimizes space.
• Prints BOL, obtains signatures, and provides paperwork to drivers.
• Updates shipment records and invoicing systems.
• Escalates missed shipments or truck issues to supervisor.
