Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Shipping Specialist in Bothell, WA. The role supports outbound shipping, inventory control, and warehouse operations with an emphasis on accuracy and teamwork. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3:30 PM, and pay is $32.00 per hour depending on experience.

The position requires 2+ years in shipping/logistics, Oracle ERP familiarity, FedEx experience, and a strong attention to detail. OT may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping and warehouse logistics experience.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems, Oracle preferred.
• Familiarity with major shipping platforms, FedEx in particular.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process outbound shipments per orders and shipping instructions.
• Pack materials according to shipping standards.
• Perform shipping transactions using ERP/WMS systems (Oracle preferred).
• Generate shipping labels and documentation using carrier software (FedEx required).
• Coordinate and schedule carrier pickups.
• Track and update shipment status and communicate delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records.

• Pack materials according to industry shipping standards (ATA 300 or similar)


• Perform shipping transactions using ERP/WMS systems (Oracle preferred)


• Generate shipping labels and documentation using carrier software (FedEx required; UPS/DHL a plus)


• Coordinate and schedule carrier pickups


• Track, trace, and update shipment status; proactively communicate delays or issues


• Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records
