Staffmark Group is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate in Lebanon, TN. The role involves receiving shipments, staging items, and preparing outbound orders to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, forklift know-how, and basic data-entry skills. Compensation is $18.00–$20.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday day shift, and benefits including medical and 401(k) options are provided.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required; forklift test completed before hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions.
• Perform computer-based data entry and warehouse documentation.
• Assist with order fulfillment and product movement throughout the facility.
• Follow all warehouse safety and quality procedures.
