Job summary

Mega Force Staffing Group is seeking a Window Clerk in Aberdeen, NC to support daily shipping/receiving and provide excellent customer service to drivers and staff. The role is full-time at a local facility with standard weekday scheduling.

You will verify loads, communicate with truck drivers, print tickets and documentation, answer phones, and handle data entry and basic administrative duties in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving operations is a plus.
• Strong communication with drivers and staff is required.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify all incoming and outgoing loads.
• Communicate with truck drivers to ensure accurate load distribution.
• Print shipping tickets and other required documentation.
• Answer phones and assist drivers/customers as needed.
• Complete data entry and general computer tasks.
• Perform basic office and administrative duties.
