Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. Buffalo, NY is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to perform a full range of warehouse duties, including shipping, receiving, picking orders, staging, and maintaining inventory levels.

The role requires flexibility to work 1st/2nd/3rd shifts across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED and 2–3 years of warehouse experience, with knowledge of WMS and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic math, with good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping and receiving using forklifts and RF guns.
• Pick and stage orders for scheduled shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to GMP and OSHA standards.
• Keep the warehouse clean and audit-ready at all times.
• Meet time commitments for inbound and outbound shipments.
