Responsibilities

• Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries and distributing packages within the company.
• Maintain the stockroom through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items.
• Prepare shipping/receiving reports for managers and keep files of goods shipped/received.
• Handle shipping or inventory issues and customer complaints when they arise.
