The role requires attention to detail, basic forklift operation after training, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting. Overtime and flexible scheduling are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Material-handling equipment experience preferred; training/authorization depend on job assignment.
• Warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, manufacturing, construction, or heavy-industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing documents; report shortages and issues.
• Prepare packing slips, bills of lading, and outbound documentation; verify material details before release.
• Label, stage, pack, load, unload, and deliver material for production and operations.
• Maintain clean and organized storage, loading, and staging areas.
• Enter receipts, issues, transfers, and locations in Global Shop or approved systems.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventories; investigate discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and pallet-handling equipment after training and authorization.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and hazardous-material handling rules.
