Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Niagara Falls, NY is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to perform shipping, receiving, order picking, staging, and inventory control in a GMP/OSHA-compliant environment.

You will operate forklifts, use RF guns, work with a WMS, and maintain an audit-ready warehouse. Requires 2–3 years warehouse experience, High School diploma, and strong communication; forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two to Three (2-3) years of previous warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Previous Forklift Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving using Forklifts and RF guns.
• Picking and staging orders for scheduled shipments.
• Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Ensures all guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and OSHA standards are in compliance.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary warehouse which is audit ready at all times.
• Assures that time commitments are met for outbound and inbound shipments.
• All other duties as assigned.
