Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc. is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk in Winona, MN. You will unpack, verify, and record incoming items, and prepare shipments with accurate weights and charges.

The role requires handling ERP entries, maintaining records, and ensuring accuracy across the logistics flow. You will follow AVL lists, maintain packing integrity, and may train newer staff. The position is safety-sensitive and full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 06:30 to 15:00 and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years shipping or receiving experience in materials/warehouse.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to follow vendor AVL lists.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Unpack incoming items, check goods against purchase orders or invoices and maintain records.
• Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped; post weights and shipping charges.
• Count and pack products; verify against packing lists and utilize ERP for receipts/shipments.
• Potentially operate forklift and assist training of entry-level staff.
• Maintain dock security and ensure quality standards for customer satisfaction.
