Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping or material handling and inventory experience; food industry preferred.
• High school or equivalent education required.
• Experience leading a team in a shipping/receiving environment.
• Ability to read and interpret packing slips, POs, and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of lading and verify shipments against orders.
• Receive, unload, and log incoming materials; inspect for damages.
• Lead, train, and supervise employees in the shipping area.
• Ensure deadlines, follow policies, and maintain records.
• Operate dolly, forklift, pallet jack, and related equipment as needed.
