Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a high‑growth technology environment. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate shipping/receiving, and enforce health and safety standards while maintaining compliance with ISO guidelines.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience. Occasional travel may be required as part of broader logistics responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years man management experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of ISO audits and compliance in warehousing.
• Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, and email.
• Experience with warehousing systems and workflows.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operations of a warehouse department/shift.
• Ensures health and safety requirements are followed and audits are performed.
• Manages time and attendance in Workday for Hyve employees and contractors.
• Maintains inventory records and ensures accurate shipping and receiving.
• Develops material schedules and coordinates movement of materials.
• Leads continuous improvement and compliance with company policies.
