Job summary

Wikoff in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure accurate material handling, inventory control, and safe storage practices. The role reports to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager and supports inbound and outbound material flow while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams, monitor housekeeping, assist in training staff, and drive improvements to reduce discrepancies and optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 5–7 years of warehouse or material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with inventory control systems and ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety and storage best practices.
• Ability to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

In 1989, Wikoff’s first continual improvement department was established, adopting a Total Quality Management approach. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate material handling, inventory control, and safe storage practices. Reporting to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager, this role supports efficient inbound and outbound material flow while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining organized warehouse operations and supporting uninterrupted production and distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, staging, and material movement

Educational Requirements
