Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise shipping, receiving and mailroom operations.
• Receive shipments and log into tracking system for disbursement.
• Deliver packages to end users following procedures.
• Uncrate shipments and dispose of packaging.
• Identify, tag and document equipment per asset guidelines.
• Prepare outgoing shipments following regulatory and client procedures.
• Process all priority shipments promptly.
• Handle packing slips per customer requirements.
• Review weekly sourcing transactions related to receipts.
• Ensure inventory is stocked at loading docks and work areas.
• Investigate lost/missing packages and maintain customer communication.
• Coordinate large shipments to dock areas.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain training per client SOPs.
