Aramark Corporation in Chicago, IL is seeking a Warehouse Lead Supervisor - SBE to oversee shipping, receiving and mailroom operations. You will manage package receipt, delivery, tracking, and asset labeling while maintaining accurate records and adhering to client procedures.

The role requires 3–5 years in shipping/receiving supervision, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in shipping/receiving supervision.
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible and able to adjust to variable work demands.

Responsibilities

Supervise shipping, receiving and mailroom operations.
Receive shipments and enter information into tracking system for disbursement.
Deliver all incoming packages to end users following procedures.
Uncrate shipments and dispose of containers.
Identify, tag and document equipment per asset management guidelines.
Prepare outgoing shipments per FTC, IATA, FDA regulations and client procedures.
Process all priority shipments.
Organize packing slips daily as required by customers.
Review weekly sourcing transactions related to receipt of goods.
