Job summary

Aramark Bloomington, MN currently seeks a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for shipping, receiving and mail services, including package receipt, tracking, labeling and documenting. You will supervise operations, maintain records, and ensure efficient delivery of shipments.

Qualifications include 3–5 years in shipping/receiving supervision, valid driver’s license, strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in shipping/receiving supervisory roles.
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shipping, receiving and mailroom operations.
• Receive shipments and enter information into tracking system.
• Deliver packages to end users following procedures.
• Uncrate shipments and dispose of containers as required.
• Identify and document equipment per asset guidelines.
• Prepare outgoing shipments following regulations and client procedures.
• Process priority shipments and manage packing slips daily.
• Coordinate with customers and ensure service levels are met.
