You will verify quantities against documents, maintain FIFO inventory, and use warehouse management systems and ERP software, scanners, and other equipment to record movements. Collaboration with production and suppliers is essential to resolve issues and ensure safe, organized operations.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage inventory levels.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, suppliers, carriers and customers.
• Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities against shipping documents and purchase orders.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipment documents and verification processes.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and organize designated storage locations.
• Use warehouse management systems, ERP systems and scanners to record material movements.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits and other warehouse activities.
• Ensure a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
