The Pivot Group Network is actively seeking Shipping & Receiving Clerks in Norton Shores, MI. This role focuses on accurate receipt, documentation, and shipment preparation within a manufacturing-oriented network.

Qualifications

1-3 years experience in shipping, receiving, or warehousing.
Proficient with material handling equipment (pallet jack, forklift).
Experience with inventory management and basic MS Office.
Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials and finished goods.
Prepare outgoing shipments with packaging, labeling, and documents.
Load/unload trucks using forklifts or other handling equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records via cycle counts/data entry.
Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams for timely flow.
Organize and maintain warehouse and receiving areas for efficiency and safety.
Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and equipment safely.
Identify and report discrepancies or damages in shipments.
