Alltite, a JM Test Systems company, is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our Wichita, KS team. This role handles receipt, processing, packaging, shipment, and tracking of equipment and supplies, working closely with technicians, vendors, and customers.

The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with 2+ years in shipping or related fields, ability to lift and move equipment, and valid driver’s license.

Formación

• 2+ years in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or related hands-on environment.
• Experience preparing, packaging, labeling, and coordinating shipments.
• Experience with freight carriers, shipping documentation, and delivery schedules.
• Experience handling and tracking inventory.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, inspect, document, and distribute incoming equipment and materials.
• Package, label, palletize, and crate equipment for shipment.
• Coordinate shipments, carrier pickups, and shipping documents.
• Verify shipment contents and paperwork for accuracy.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Track equipment and assist with inventory discrepancies.
