Valence Surface Technologies in Wichita, KS is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage material flow and ensure accurate incoming and outgoing shipments. The role supports production, quality, and procurement teams and requires safe operation of forklifts and related equipment.

The position works Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM, with responsibilities including ERP record-keeping, inventory counts, and compliance with shipping regulations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Formación

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and compliance with shipping regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory transactions in the company's ERP system.
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management and control.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipping and receiving activities.
• Ensure the shipping and receiving area is organized, clean, and safe at all times.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
